Expedion Inc. ("Expedion", "we", "us") operates the website at expedion.ai and provides a managed AI workforce for freight forwarding operations. It applies to expedion.ai, the marketing site, and to the services we provide to pilot and production customers under a written agreement.
If you are visiting only the marketing site, the practices in this policy apply to site analytics and any inquiry you send us. If you are a pilot or production customer, this policy should be read together with your engagement agreement, which controls in the event of conflict.
Information we collect
Contact information you provide when you email us or request a pilot: name, company, email address, role, and any context you include in the message.
Operational data we receive during pilot and production engagements under a written agreement: shipment data, booking data, tracking data, and related freight-forwarding operational records. This data is handled only for the scope of services under the engagement agreement.
Technical information collected automatically when you visit the marketing site: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time stamps. We use this for site analytics and security.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry or to set up a scoping call, pilot, or production engagement.
To deliver the managed AI workforce service to pilot and production customers under the terms of their engagement agreement.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your operational data to train cross-customer models without an explicit written agreement that permits it.
