Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Expedion marketing site at expedion.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
These terms apply to the public marketing site only. Pilot and production services are delivered under a separate written engagement agreement, which is the controlling document for those services.
Eligibility
The marketing site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where the service is not permitted, do not use it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access the site by any means other than through the interfaces we provide. Do not scrape, disassemble, or probe the site for vulnerabilities except under a coordinated disclosure program we agree to in writing. Do not upload or submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes a third party's rights. Do not use the site to transmit malware, to send unsolicited communications, or to impersonate any person or organisation.
Intellectual property
The Expedion marketing site, including the text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Expedion Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, republish, or commercialise the content without our prior written consent. Third-party marks referenced on the site (for example, carrier names and logos) are the property of their respective owners.
Inquiries and requests
Submitting an inquiry, email, or scheduling request through the site does not create any contractual relationship between you and Expedion beyond these terms. A pilot or production relationship is formed only by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Content on the site — including carrier operational descriptions, fee schedules, and regulatory references — is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the most current information. Do not rely on this content for operational decisions without independent verification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expedion Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the marketing site. Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Expedion Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the site.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the marketing site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, with the updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
